Retrievable Bridge Plug Service

The Dialog Wireline Retrievable (WR) Bridge Plug service combines the advantage of wireline setting with an easy and reliable retrievable bridge plug. It is commonly used for zone or well isolation during fracturing, acidizing, cement squeezing, testing or well head repair operations.

The WR bridge plug may be run and set on wireline using a Baker setting tools or also run on tubing or coiled tubing using a hydraulic setting tool.

The double acting slips of the WR bridge plug securely anchor the plug against pressure differentials from above or below. The three element pack off design ensures reliable sealing at high pressures and temperatures.

The unique equalizing valve design allows any pressure differential to be equalized before the retrieving head is latched onto the plug. This feature is especially advantageous when retrieving the WR bridge plug on coiled tubing.

The advantages of our retrievable bridge plugs include:
  • Compact design
  • Accurate setting depth
  • Differential pressure rating of 10,000 PSI
  • Straight on and straight pull off release

Dialog currently offers 4-1/2", 5-1/2", and 7" versions.
